Flock License Plate Reader Cameras

Toll Lanes Opposition
Cornelius officials had to drop their opposition to the I-77 South toll lanes because the state budget threatened them with financial penalties. It's a frustrating turnaround that strips local leaders of their say and affects how we all handle regional traffic.
Downtown Master Plan resident concerns
Draft #10 got a full airing with residents worried about traffic, eminent domain, MSD taxes on residences, and losing their homes. No vote tonight — adoption is targeted for July 20, so there's still time to weigh in.
Toll Project Opposition
Cornelius leaders are officially fighting back against the planned I-77 toll project, kicking off major regional transit debates. If you commute through the area, get ready for potential headaches and a lot more political drama.
Town Manager Compensation
Cornelius local officials just gave the town manager a solid 7.6% pay raise. It's a nice bump for the city's top administrator that reflects how local leadership values their current management.
