Described heavy school traffic on Westmoreland Road and preferred keeping the parcel Neighborhood Mixed Use rather than Highway Commercial.

Emphasized JV Washam Elementary's proximity and urged the board not to let Highway Commercial encroach eastward toward the school.

The commercial broker said split zoning is a real burden on marketing and supported aligning the zoning to match HC depth across the street.
